Sneak Peaks into GRADE 2's summative assessment task on Unit 1 - Our School
Next week is the last week of Unit 1. So all the grades have been developing their skills for their summative assessment task. Each class will have tasks that involve them using all the skills they learn throughout the unit.

I LOVE TO READ WEEK - Grades 1 to 6
This week we at the Naseem International School are celebrating I love to Read Week.
A week seems too short to celebrate all the great books we read and the wonderful authors out there who create such interesting characters.
The students are doing a lot of art work this year for I love to Read week, they are designing invitations for their parents, they are having a Design your door competition, in which each class is designing their own class room door.
In the Art class, we played a story game! One student started a story going... Once upon a time... there was a girl.. and the next student continued saying and the Girl was a Princess... and so on... The stories we had were incredible! Super creative! Oh the game wasn't over at story telling. They then went on to Draw a representation of their Class created story.
Check out the wonderful results! We had stories about Horses and Donkeys, Princesses and Fire blowing dragons and even a love story between a King and a Princess that involved a plot to kill one of them! Have a look and see if you can tell the story!
